After less than a year under new ownership, the Nora Springs Rockford Register is entering a new chapter.

Beginning in a few weeks, the newspaper will officially become ‘The River Register’, a move Nelson Media Company says is designed to strengthen local journalism, expand coverage into Mason City and create a more sustainable future for the publication.
